“The floor should have been vacuum better”

“The porch and outdoor furniture were noticeably unclean. The yard looked like it hadn’t been swept in several days, and the seating areas were dirty. Breakfast was another issue, which was especially disappointing considering this was a bed‑and‑breakfast and I stayed for two days. On the first morning, I went to check on breakfast around 9:25 a.m. and was told it was served at 9. There was no indication that I needed to be there exactly at 9 a.m. or that breakfast would not be available……

“Agree with many other reviews. The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.”

“Rick provides an excellent breakfast and some great conversation. Definitely better than the regular boring hotel. The parking lot is small, so maybe bring a midsize or compact vehicle vs a full size crew cab truck.”

“We arrived a little after the office closed and needed to call the customer service number for the rental agency to figure out which room we were in. They answered right away and got us squared away. The room itself (a 3 bedroom condo, really), was great. The bathrooms and kitchen had been updated recently and everything was clean and orderly. ”

“The beach is easily accessible off Central Avenue. There are some trails from the pool and from the restaurant but they are not as easy. Pool is easy to get to. Stunning views! The place is a good size too. The master bedroom/bathroom is very large. Cable TV in every room. The beds are comfy”
