巴杰格 4 星级酒店, $72 起

“My room was next to the street on first floor and I can hear the car noise all night. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. And only realized on day 2 that there is no daily cleaning service as this is an apartment hotel. The overall experience was not up to expectations given the high rating. ”

“環境非常闊落衛生，服務員很貼心有禮。”

“The room was clean but the bathroom needed a deeper clean, especially the shower. We had one tea cup in our room, requested another one early in the morning, returned late in the afternoon and had to request a cup again at reception. The rubbish bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied and there was one tea bag for 2 people. A notice informed us to wash up glasses and tea cups but there was no drainer or tea towel. “一切都很棒，交通也很方便，離市區大概走路25分鐘，也可以做地鐵和巴士，我們住得很舒服！”

“great location and friendly staff. ”

“Le personnel est très sympathique. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de réfrigérateur dans les chambres, surtout en cas de fortes chaleurs.”

“The room is big, but lack of furniture. We have 2 persons staying in the room. But there is only 1 chair, no sofa. I got an additional chair (probably from restaurant) after my request. There is no desk, but only a self attached to the wall to hold the stuff. No heading board for the beds. The bed side tables were simply metal coffee table. In the toilet, again no table top, very limited space to put my toiletries. No towel rack, but only 2 hooks. No place to put the towels. And no hand……

“The staff charge me fees again but I have already paid in Hotel.com. They keep cheating me on the way of refund. In the end, I called my French friend come here to help. The director eventually pay me back in cash, which he said they don’t have cash before my friend comes. ”
