“飯店環境優美，一切都好，不知道是飯店老了要整修還是怎麼樣，住宿的品質很差。我們住的房間外面的樓梯正在重新裝修，樓梯漆的味道都蔓延到房間裡頭，真不知道為甚麼可以認為可以把客人安排在這樣的房間裡頭？另外，更可怕的是，早上起床廁所的天花板開始漏水，有兩條水柱從上面嘩啦啦噴下來，一個還是在洗手台上方（有照片為證）！真的很不悅，希望飯店可以為我們的住宿品質打折而為作出補償。”

“Fantastisk hotell, med masse sjel og sjarm. Vi kom til det mest utrolige julepyntet stedet. Vi bodde to netter i julemagi! Ypperlig kvalitet på både middag og frokost. Veldig vennlig personale. Rommet var fint og koselig. 30 minutter å kjøre fra sentrum i Aberdeen. Kommer definitivt tilbake til denne perlen av et overnattingssted.”

“The room was very clean, bed very comfortable. We arrived late due to the snow delaying us with blocked roads, and detours. The restaurant had closed, but they opened it up for us. The fish and chips were great. Great full Scottish breakfast set us up for the day. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would stay again if up that way. The staff are very friendly and could not do enough to help. ”

“Customer service was excellent and good availability of car parking. Close proximity to the P&J arena. From the photos on the website I thought the rooms might be a bit outdated but on arrival it actually had a cosy and welcoming feel about it. Room was comfortable and heating was on when we arrived which was really appreciated as it was a cold evening. Room was clean and facilities were great. Bathroom was spotless and towels were white and fluffy. Plenty of tea and coffee and even some hot……
