“Such a nice hotel in a great location. The grounds of the hotel and area by the sea are lovely and unique. Great transport links to Palma, super friendly staff and the food was great!! Seafood every night, fab selection of salads and desserts definitely worth paying for half board even if you only eat at the hotel once or twice.”

“Double Sea View Room. I will qualify this by saying that it may just be us, but at this price point we expected much better. Perhaps for this location it's more of a budget hotel? They put us on the first floor (one up from street level). Really lousy view, trees, cars, 2 light poles shining into our room, but you can see the boats. Being so low we saw almost no horizon and really no view (definitely better than facing another building, but we wouldn't consider it a "Sea View"). Being so low,……

“Die Zimmer könnten nochmal aufgewertet werden. Im Bad roch es sehr streng nach Abfluss. Der Spiegel setzte unten grünspahn an. In der Dusche war die Dichtungsfuge undicht, das Wasser lief durch das Bad, im Flur löste sich dadurch eine Holuleiste. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück und Abendessen hervorragend. Unser Zimmer war mit Strandblick top.”

“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“Habitación limpia pero la recibí con cero amenidades; tuve que solicitar un jabón para manos en la recepción. Probablemente se debió esto a que me dieron la habitación muy temprano (mucho antes del check in).”

“Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut, hier gibt es nichts zu beanstanden. Die Loungebeds am Pool sind leider sehr dreckig und müssten mal abgewaschen werden. Auch wurde leider in unserem Zimmer der Boden nicht geputzt und Toilettenpapier erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Aber trotzdem würde ich das Hotel aufgrund der Lage immer wieder wählen. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich Sonia und Erik von der Poolbar. Immer hilfsbereit und sehr nett.”
