“Nice house with a welcoming host. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a bathroom and shower. The bed was nice and there was a fridge in the room which is always a nice addition. The location itself was very close walking distance to the city centre about 10 minutes and the host provided a map and restaurant suggestions. We had a great stay and will go back if ever in Perth again.”

“Lovely stay at The Courtyard. There are only 4 units, but each has a bedroom, ensuite bathroom and a lounge area with sofa and a little kitchen area, with sink, microwave, fridge and hob. They don't provide breakfast, not since the pandemic, even though Hotels.com still show one is included. That didn't bother me, as I simply stopped and picked up what I wanted when out. It's midway between Perth and Dundee, so was great for sightseeing. ”
