Property has recently been updated. Check-in was very easy and gal that checked us in was very sweet and kind. The air conditioning in the first room she gave us was not working so she immediately upgraded us to a suite and it was a lovely room, very clean, spacious and comfortable. They use Dove products in the bottles for soap, shampoo & conditioner which I was thrilled about. The Poole water was lukewarm and we were in the Poole for awhile. Had cable which was nice. Also recommended a nice...

Clean, comfortable beds, well appointed rooms, appears that hotel has been recently updated. Breakfast was the best we have had at any hotel with all inclusive breakfast. The employees are helpful and very accommodating! We would return to this hotel anytime we are in Rolla!

Traveling with her has its own demands, not counting her demands. Very pleasantly surprised. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating. We have young children so cleanliness is very important to us. We can’t handle the slightest smell of smoke or mildew, so luckily that was not an issue here. The room smelled like fresh linen upon entering (not like the synthetic air fresheners. It was absolutely the linens themselves), and it was immaculate throughout. No frills and modest as far as decor but for any standards it was a nice, safe, clean, comfortable...

Super friendly staff running this property. It is an older motel and there are some issues -bring an extension cord and ignore the slow drain in the shower and it's all good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. For being right off the interstate, it was exceptionally quiet. We will stay here again when visiting family for the holidays.
