"Stayed in this hotel as a base for Disney and Paris. After staying onsite at Disneyland Paris I would prefer to stay here. Good points .free shuttle bus (only used twice as walked to Disney in 15 mins) .decent sized rooms .bath & shower .large shopping centre opposite .train station opposite . comfortable beds .charging ports for phones .decent sized fridge .was able to borrow an iron . friendly staff .bar tokens given instead of a room clean (great idea) .water machines on every floor to refill bottles Not so good points .rooms very hot .noisy rooms Busy bar .carpet in the rooms desperately needs replacing We only used the har once for ice creams for the kids. We were acknowledged initially but many French people were served before us. We were put off going again. I left a few items of clothing in the room and was contacted by the hotel to inform me. They offered to ship it to me. Lots of good reasons to stay at this hotel but like everywhere it's not perfect. "

"Definitely a 'mid' hotel. Good enough for an overnight airpirt stay. Our room had a terrible odour coming from the bathroom. We couldnt open the window because the handle was broken off. Last resort for air was the thermostat to run the fan, and that didnt work either. Probably some centralized master control to that. Breakfast was 'meh'. The staff didnt really do a good job at keeping up with supply, cleaning tables off or the food area. Again, overnight as airport stay. Thankful for the shuttle "

"Great place to stay if you can find it! We arrived late and left the next morning and stayed overnight. The hotel is great. Here is how to find it: follow the signs to the train station. When you get to the area with all the hotel signs--and the Sheraton is not listed-- turn around and look for the subtle signage that shows the Sheraton is right around the corner!"

" Overall nice. Room was clean & peaceful. If you come from T2, go to the “train station” to take the CDGVAL to T3. Took 30’, 25” walk (I’m neither young nor healthy). Neighborhood is hotels and corporate buildings. Roissy Pôle is not the best area; I crossed path with “scarry” individuals. Hotel is easy to find, straight from the Roissy Pôle exit. Colorful commons area, ambiance is energetic, “hype” and trendy (co-working/open space/hub)-a lot going on. Better be a technophile or computer savvy-self check-in/check-out on screens at the kiosk (employees present-don’t expect too much if sthg goes wrong). iPad provided in the room to control lights, curtains and blinds, and TV (trad. switches too). Small room. No space for luggage. Shower/toilet within a plastic “egg” in the middle of the room, not separate. Provide shower products not individual toiletries. No coffeemaker nor beverages in the room (eco-friendly and safety reasons)> downstairs to get water, tea or coffee, was too tired to deal with the hustle and bustle, Small fridge, no microwave. Room has fancy light programs for ambient moods. Breakfast is expensive-over 20 euros. Bakery & groceries at Roissy Pole. Fun, not for shy people. No manager available at the time. No cash accepted, you need a debit or credit card for everything."

"It was poor right from the start. Room is basic and in a poor state, I wouldn’t say it was 4* at all. Mould round the rim of the bath and cleanliness was far from what it should have been. Breakfast was basic again and lacking in taste and variety. I was most upset about our last night. My little boy took a shower to be covered in dirty water. We went to explain to reception to be told it’s fine and just to run the water a little. The bath was covered in grim and dirt and no offer to clean it for us. We went back to the room to find the water pressure had gone completely. Back down (this following a very long day and was now late), a technician was sent to our room, then told it couldn’t be fixed and we would have to move, no offer of help to relocate. Over an hour later we finally had a working shower. I asked for our last night to be refunded and was told no. They said the water despite being filthy was not harmful and that it was out of their hands. What a disgrace, hotel was poor, food poor, cleanliness poor and service was awful. Never again. "

"On appearance hotel looks ok but rooms are dated & cheap looking. Food & amenity areas are poor. Location also not great as nothing around hotel. Very close to Disney to get to park "
