“The room was very cosy and I loved the decor. The resort also had a good vibe and great facilities to use. I didn't like the fact that there was no tv in the room and also the main reason why I booked this was due to the bikes that were advertised in the images. I was very disappointed that these were no longer being offered to guests. I think maybe the images with the bikes should be removed as this is false advertisment.”

The hotels.com advertisement even showed a photograph of the porch with a partial ocean view but that was not the porch we were provided.
