“The room was very cosy and I loved the decor. The resort also had a good vibe and great facilities to use. I didn't like the fact that there was no tv in the room and also the main reason why I booked this was due to the bikes that were advertised in the images. I was very disappointed that these were no longer being offered to guests. I think maybe the images with the bikes should be removed as this is false advertisment.”

“Il resort è pulito, le camere sono pulite e il personale è sempre disponibile, cortese e sorridente. Le camere sono grandi, pulizie giornaliere e cambio asciugamani e lenzuola su richiesta, per qualunque necessità basta chiamare la reception e provvedono immediatamente. In camera sono presenti due thermos di acqua, una per lavarsi i denti e una per bere che loro stessi riempiono ogni giorno e che comunque possono essere riempite in autonomia dagli ospiti in qualunque momento. Il cibo è discreto...

“This pool is a piece of heaven, the jungle around it makes it perfect spot to fully relax and enjoy with monkeys around it. Amazing place, away from noise, perfect staff, from the front desk to cook, to waitress… 4 acres of jungle and this pool in the middle of it, not a classic hotel, very unique setup, with artistic touch. We highly recommend it. I have been in many places, 45 different countries, but this place I will always remember and I place it at the top three places I ever visited....

“This is an absolutely gorgeous property. Unfortunately we booked a two bedroom suite with a partial ocean view but the room had no view at all. The hotels.com advertisement even showed a photograph of the porch with a partial ocean view but that was not the porch we were provided. The photos also showed a patio that rolled out onto a private pool area, also not included at our room. The partial ocean view and the patio shown in the photographs was a major factor in deciding to book this room so...
