“The pool side was comfortable. The beach was on site perfectly. Everyone was welcoming. Room were clean. Bathrooms clean. Access to bathroom tissues, hand washing stations, hand towels. Staff was kind and friendly. Buffet always full and stacked.
I would absolutely go back to this hotel. What an experience.

“Das Hotel war sehr, sehr schön! Eine wirklich große und gepflegte Anlage. Die Zimmer waren auch schön. Vielleicht nicht alles top in Schuss wie zum Beispiel die klemmenden Vorhänge oder die Balkontüren, aber nichts was unseren schönen Urlaub gemindert hätte!
Das Personal war auch wirklich total lieb und immer freundlich. Wir würden aufjedenfall wieder her kommen :)”

“We recently checked into your hotel and unfortunately encountered several issues during our stay. Upon arrival, we were informed that because we hadn’t pre-booked breakfast, no meals would be available the following day—even if we wished to pay for them—due to an event taking place. We explained that we needed access to food due to health conditions, but no alternative solution was offered.
Additionally, we were promised a water dispenser that never arrived. Later that evening, the air……

“The receptionist Vanessa and helper netty are super nice and helpful. They don’t tell you there is no a/c and you will be super hot!!!! Also 6 monkey escaped into my room and threw my stuff everywhere. The owners appear to be nice however they talked to other guest and not me, very weird. Wi-Fi went out for half the day. ”

“This hotel is beautiful. I cannot express how lovely our time was here. The room was a great size with plenty of space a storage, and we had a balcony from which we could watch monkeys play in the trees. The aircon was a godsend! The hotel is set up as about 10-15 villas rather than as one large complex. This creates a much more boutique and homey feeling. There are many areas to enjoy in the hotel, including the gorgeous private beach. The food was exceptional, and despite being all inclusive,……
