“The hotel was as always clean and tidy with very polite and helpful staff. The only problem was with the swimming pool and spa area . The pool was very dirty and the jacuzzi was broken apparently broken for a while . “We have stayed numerous times, but unfortunately they seem to be on a downward slope of decline. Rooms are tired, make up mirror was chipped badly and the handle came off the shower wooden floors scratched really bad. Ordered room service and was asked to pay for it there and then which made me feel as if we were going to do a runner I’m not pay!!
