“First I,ll address the good. First off the bed. In a word...terrific. Price was ok also. Front desk suggested Crystal Beer was wonderful food. The staff was very helpful. Now not so good Valet was mandatory and was charged. There was no breakfast. The air conditioning didn,t work in our room after telling the front desk we called two hours later and was just moved to another room. “Very clean, the best replace to eat was the market they have the best food/menus. Imo skip prime & xo. Sadly the hallways and elevators are not air conditioned and extremely humid. We did not have a great experience at prime and spent $200+ so frustrating at the lack of service and food was not great. Overall majority of the staff were friendly and the hotel main areas very clean and smelled nice! The pools were nice but so crowded so hard to enjoy but on the positive side you are super close……
