“The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk). “This is an awesome place to relax and to use as marching point to explore the Tuscany. The location is incomparable and the rooms and hotel are awesome. Staff is really kind and helpful. Make sure to get in time for breakfast and spa, since they do finish a bit early.”

“Beautiful hotel, big room, clean bathroom, including the bath, best housekeeping ever, the African lady was extremely kind, professional and exceptional cleaning. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, nice view and well located.
Management could be better with customer service, I couldn't figure out if they were happy to help me, but they did help with my requests. Pleasant stay!”
