"We booked this property with intention of having dinner the night we arrived. Unfortunately, without any prior notice from the hotel or from Expedia, we were told that the restaurant was closed for dinner, but that breakfast would be served as normal in the morning. The owners, however, were very helpful to suggest an alternative restaurant within a couple of minutes walking distance where we were able to have a pleasant dinner."

Our experience at Palazzo Nobile di Santa Donato exceeded our expectations. The photos show how lovely the inn is, but they cannot capture the warmth and the history of the Palazzo. Staying there felt as if we were on the inside of a piece of art. A delicious, generous breakfast was served in a beautiful room overlooking the Tuscan hills The hostess was gracious and willing to provide us with information and her time. We would highly recommend this place for anyone ... and we can't wait...

Great little Boutique hotel. Outside the walls of the old city but an easy and short walk into town.Street parking is plentiful. Hotel is clean, upgraded, with quirky decorating that is tasteful. Rooms are small but well appointed. Staff was extremely nice, professional and accommodating . Be aware no elevator. Loved San Quirico d’Orcia. Smaller mountaintop town, highly walkable , not overrun by tourists but the same charm, history and leisure options as the larger towns in Tuscany.

Our stay at Podere La Rocca was fabulous! The property is located in the rolling Tuscan hills just outside Montepulciano. The property is a working farm and vineyard with an onsite restaurant and pool. Our room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was huge with a new jetted tub. We stayed on the second floor in a building with a large communal room with a fireplace. On the first floor of the same building was a rec room with a pool table. The property was beautiful and I loved sitting by the pool and enjoying the scenery. The owners go out of their way to help you anyway they can and cook delicious breakfast and serve it on the terrace where you can enjoy the scenery more. It was the perfect place to slow down and relax in between touring big cities in Italy. My husband and I both agree that next trip we will plan a longer stay in Chiusi and stay here again.

Wonderful, beautiful property! The rooms are immaculate and nicely decorated. Breakfast is bountiful with wonderful homemade tarts, breads, frittatas. Do not miss dining in the restaurant for dinner. We had several dinners among the best of our 3 week trip to Italy. The staff is very professional, friendly and passionate about their job. Thank you Vito and Caterina for going above and beyond expectations and making our stay one I will never forget. We are already planning our return.

Outstanding! Real Gem in Italy. Exceptional service, indescribable views, place really taken care of... You feel the owners touch in every corner. Breakfast was perfect, a lot to choose from. Really anything you can ever ask for. I am from New York and pretty spoiled with food. But this hotel serves solid quality and delishes food. I would come back in a heart beat. The pictures posted the on line do not do any justice to this place. It's really incredible.
