“Whilst the infrastructure and location were classic Tuscany, the hospitality (staff engagement & food) were underwhelming. It never felt welcoming & it was challenging to discern who were the owners, staff or guests. It was often unclear how their systems operated, ie how to purchase wine/drinks, when dinner or breakfast would be available & the service was extremely slow. We stayed for 3 nights & ate dinner there each night (meal ~€50 pp) as had been tempted by the photos of gorgeous food when……

“Equipe de proprietários muito simpáticos e atenciosos. O quarto estava ótimo. O café da manhã é farto e de boa qualidade. As únicas observações são a respeito da falta de ar condicionado. A hospedaria tem um sistema de calefação e pode ser um pouco desconfortável para dormir. O tamanho do boxe do chuveiro também é um pouco pequeno. Para nós não foi um problema mas pode ser difícil para idosos. A impressão final é excelente!”
