“Nice stafff”

“The Aircon was not working when asked to change rooms told all the rooms available have no Aircon working they brought a portable Aircon in the room and it was like an sleeping inside a truck with the noise it made. I had a guest visit me and the receptionist said only 30 Minutes will be allowed or we will charge extra $40 for the guest if the guest stays even 1 minute more I requested 15 mins extra but was rudely denied saying you have signed a checkin form and you should have read the……

“Reception staff were very friendly and courteous. Wait staff, although there always many around, paid little attention to customers. Food quality was okay, but key items (like cheese) were sometimes unavailable making many dishes unavailable. Food and drinks were delivered exceedingly slowly. Getting a Coke Zero & burger for dinner was a two hour event. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean, but there were only two bath towels and no hand towels. When I asked for one I was given a washcloth……

“the rooms really are excellent . location is ok if you have a car, Things to know is, there is no spa, there is no sauna, there is no massage at the property. The breakfast is poor at best and if you like a coffee that is not drip be prepared to wait an hr for a not great coffee. but again the rooms are great. ”
