"Great location. Property needed a bit of TLC with paint scuffs and blinds misaligned. Minor things which didn't detract much from the location, convenience and overall experience. Note that the water view villas have stairs, so not suitable for someone who cannot climb stairs, but really nice otherwise."

Loved the ocean front view, room was amazing. I had the apartment which came with a bedroom, living room, kitchenette (which had cook stove, kettle, dishes, sink, pretty much everything you need but the fridge is full of purchasable items so not much room to put water or anything of your own in there). The hotel staff was amazing, loved the restaurant. I was there on business but loved my free time.

Super friendly staff! We were there from the US to meet family we found through ancestry. It was really special and the staff were so nice to us and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine to celebrate! Beautiful property, incredible location and the room was really nice.

We have been welcomed by the staff nicely although they do not accept early check ins due to holiday (New Year) but all our stuff have been accepted for safe keeping. A welcome coffee and muffins is a delight. The spacious 2 bedroom balcony was a sight to see. Complete with kitchen tools and everything you need to complete a worry free travel. My friend and I stayed at the Song Hotel while we were visiting Sydney and we loved it! It was in a great location, right near a subway station and bus stops (and a quick ride from the airport). It was also easy to walk to nearby neighborhoods that had lots of restaurants and bars. The breakfast buffet was amazing every morning, and the dinners we had at the hotel restaurant were awesome. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend!
