“Bit difficult to establish where the parking is as not part of the hotel, otherwise enjoyed the short stay, mainly to see the Beryl Cook Exhibition nearby. Breakfasts are really good, the bar meals are the same as the restaurant but we were unable to use it as it was always fully booked. We chose to use the bar & staff, particularly Josh, were pleasant, helpful & attentive. Plymouth as a whole is looking very sad & needs a lot of attention!”

“Breakfast good choice, poached eggs overdone and staff cheerful. Paper thin walls mean you hear every small noise so not great. Lovely grounds to walk in and the nearby Rock Inn pub well worth a visit.”

“The room was quite well proportioned and despite being over the public bar was not noisy. Was close to the bus stop which saved us driving into Brighton and trying to find a park. Meals were good and breakfast very generous. Overall good value for money”
