Communication with the management company was poor, quoted three different pet fees different from the listing. The owner honored what was in the listing. The mgmt provided different door codes and different check in/out instructions from the app or the info onsite. ”

Surfaces were not cleaned well (the dinning room table had crumbs), there was pet food around the dog bed, toilets were not flushing well, the dishwasher failed to fill once, and one of the stove burners would not shut off (we contacted the management company to resolve that).
