“I wish that the spa (pool and so on) would be free to access. Because for 1h30min 35€ ish or more is INSANE! Sadly there are only a few hotels left who offer these stuff for free. I think that only massages should be have to paid, but pool free. Staff was nice and breakfast okay (4.5/10). Hotel quite far from center but okay. Hotel furniture and architecture is very nice!”

“Eine schöne Poolanlage mit sehr bequemen Liegen und einem hervorragenden Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind allerdings etwas altmodisch und recht klein. Alles ist recht weitläufig, sodass man oft Treppen steigen muss, was aber nicht weiter stört. Der Strand ist ebenfalls ok, die Liegen dort sind super, allerdings ist es weit entfernt und es handelt sich um einen Kiesstrand. Das Personal am Empfang könnte noch professioneller geschult sein, doch die Servicekräfte waren sehr freundlich.”

“Die Anlage war gepflegt und das Zimmer schön - Cocktails an der Bar waren lecker - der Liegebereich am Strand war toll (sehr ruhig zum Erholen). Abendessen haben wir aufgrund des überschaubaren Frühstücks im Hotel in einem tollen Lokal in Pula zu uns genommen. Einzige minus Punkte waren das viel zu harte Bett (konnte keine Nacht durchschlafen) und das sehr überschaubare Frühstücksbuffet (keine Abwechslung und wenig Angebot). “Nice property but the room was very small. We were not offered an upgrade despite being a VIP property. We’ve actually noticed that we are rarely offered upgrades especially at hotels outside of the US. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety and the ambience was very nice.
