“My room wasn’t clean when I arrived. Given my check in being 3pm and I hadn’t gotten there till 1am… to find hair in my shower dirt on my floors and the last persons hair was accessories still in the bathroom was unsatisfactory. Other than that the rest of the property was clean staff was friendly.”

“There were no staff when we arrived to check in so I was quite disappointed that I had to check in using a machine. It’s very frustrating. We got there late at night and that’s not what we were wanting to do when we arrive late for check-in fortunately there was a very nice security guard there. I believe her name was Vanessa.
