“The experience is bad! The room is dirty! We book two rooms one from hotel.com one from hotel directly! The room directly booked from hotel was refunded and we changed hotel! I msg to hotel.com about the complain but never got a reply! This is the first time I’m gonna black list a hotel ”

“For my feedback on the food, the restaurant manager responded quickly and apologized. He re-invited me to the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant manager, waqar, received us personally. I still ordered the same food as last time. They have really improved a lot. Much delicious. The chef also came to greet us. The service is top notch and I would recommend it. Thanks Farht for the hospitality.”
