"We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite- (3 floors). Bedrooms up and down stairs. The main floor was our living quarters. My only recommendation would be a small mirror on the main floor. I found I was either having to make a trip up or down to take a final check before leaving. Otherwise we loved our location and view. Everyone ws so friendly and hospitable. Thank you for a wonderful memory of Santorini!!! "

"We were initially not happy with our too as it had a half obstructed view of the sea (there were other rooms in front of us and not like what the pictures showed). Upon telling the manager, we were moved later. I would hope that the hotel clearly indicates this in the room options or charges differently if rooms have an obstructed view of the sea. "Stunning property and views. We didn’t like how difficult it was to find the hotel or parking. Clear instructions should be given on the process of finding the property in order to check-in. It was a bit cumbersome. They made up for the confusion with a wonderful room upgrade and bottle of wine. It was an extremely pleasant stay. We will be back again!"

"The hotel rooms are divine, and whilst our shower didn’t work at first, and then only cold water for another day, it was mended quickly! The staff are very friendly, service a little slow, but the staff are so kind that slow is ok! The views are breathtaking and right outside the door is everything that Oia is famous for! Be warned, if steps aren’t for you, then stay in another of the groups hotels, but I think you get used to the steps! "

The views are as breathtaking as you can imagine and the location was excellent. The reason why I gave the property condition 3 stars is because of the stairs.
