The accommodations and management of the property did not meet the reasonable expectations of transparency, consistency, and professionalism typically associated with hospitality services. “Our host was very gracious and helpful. She even provided an electrical outlet converter, so we could easily charge our phones. The unit was very clean and well decorated.”

“Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed was great, air conditioning worked great. Wi-Fi was just OK. My only complaints were that there was very loud music coming from the neighbors on a Saturday night when I stayed there, and the road to the property from the main road isn't the greatest.”

“This was our first time in St. Lucia and it was fantastic. The Stonefield property is beautiful and the people (Fiera!) are very welcoming and helpful. We stayed in the Ocean/Piton view villa Flamboyant (#3 on the resort map) and it was fantastic. Very private and secluded. Wonderful views of the ocean and petit piton at the same time.
