“Beautiful resort with stunning views of the Pitons and a unique chocolate-themed experience. The grounds are peaceful and perfect for a relaxing stay. However, the food is very expensive for the portion sizes, and pricing isn’t always clear upfront. Some excursions and transportation also felt overpriced or poorly coordinated. “Great experience. Spent 2 nights before Christmas, the steak and pork rib in The Cove was one of the best on the island, the drink, cocktails and wine offered in bars were also amazing. All staff were attentive, even though sometimes was a bit slow when many customers came. The new Asian style restaurant charged us certain amount which we didn’t order, the staff explained that was a mistake due system error. There might still be some thing can be improved.”

“Home away from home. Very relaxing and quiet. Shawn is extremely hospitable and his team made our stay very comfortable. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs as well, in the facility which was as pictured. Another highlight was the spa services offered - 10 out of 10! Definitely a great place to unwind and escape the city. Zabriko was a great restaurant recommendation for dinner, a mere 10 mins away thanks to a courtesy ride service by the villa! “We had an amazing stay at the Bel Jou Hotel in St. Lucia. The staff and residents are all a delight and very fun to get to know. We were so sad to have to go home! The food is fantastic and there really is nothing that the food staff or otherwise won't do to make sure you have a great stay. They are constantly changing the menu up and keeping it fun. During our stay, we had the best massage of our lives thanks to Lala, we lounged by 1 of 2 pools every day, were able to plan excursions directly……
