“First of all the front desk was helpful but I didn’t get the room I requested
The room service was not good because they expect daily tips more than once they switched out the air conditioner, they give not so clean towels.
The guy working in the game room told us to leave if child less than 18 years old but i saw many under age
The bartender was very rude to my wife
Someone take my towels at the beach but they did not help
I do not recommend this hotel”

“We had an amazing stay for 12 nights at rooms 1136&1137.
The hotel has amazing facilities that made the stay unforgettable.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Special thanks to Mr. Bahaa, the event manager who is friendly and attentive to details. He excelled at everything and specially at handling the rush hour at the main restaurant, making sure the operation is effective and wait times are minimized. He has a unique way of handling entitled……
