“This was a lovely place to stay, the rooms were spotless and equipped, the service staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was a hit, fabulous selection and delicious. Also as a perk they gave my wife and I a free pass to take the bus, life and mountain train to take us to hiking trails. Also of note, the view from the sixth floor which is where the restaurant, breakfast and spa facilities are located is beautiful and the view outstanding !!!”

“The hotel was nice, but our room’s closet smelled like cigarettes and now our clothes wreak of it. The spa was also nice but they don’t explain things well and the language barrier is tough. “The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends.
