“Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly. “We liked everything about Castelfalfi. The staff were very professional and happy to help about any issue. The restaurants were excellent, especially La Oliva. Excellent wine selections in all the restaurants. Spa, pools, the excursions were all very well managed and great. All and all we loved spending a whole week there. The fact that we were actually there to see Andrea Bocelli in concert was the icing on the cake. Strongly recommend the whole experience.”

“Where as we enjoyed our time here we did have a bit of an issue with our room temperature. We asked for it to be lowered as it was 81 degrees. We found out, after a very uncomfortable night and requesting 2 more times, that the AC was not working. As an aside: we could not open a window as our room was on the 1st floor and only had doors to a common area. We were moved to a new room. Other than that- the staff was lovely the pools and Spa are great. Location is wonderful with close……
