"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

"We absolutely loved this hotel!
It’s in an excellent location with good transport connections to anywhere around Tokyo yet felt calmer than lots of the other districts we visited.
Loved the convenience of the hotel and extra touches such as the robes, laundry facilities and kitchen area so we could eat in the shared dining space and don’t always have to eat out.
The staff were always really helpful.
Thankyou for a wonderful stay!"
"The room was nice (the pj they gave us too). I love the fact that they have a good washing/drying machine inside the room.
We also loved their lounge in the 2nd floor. They have beverages and snacks and it’s super convenient if you want to eat take away (or a light dinner from a konbini near by)."
