This was my second time staying here. This hotel is very convenient to Tokyo Station (about a 7 minute walk) and the entrance to the subway (Kyobashi) station is literally right outside the front door. The first time I stayed here, the room was perfect for a solo traveler. Although this time I booked the room last minute for my dad and I so we ended up staying in a room with a single bed. It was a little small, but that was my fault for booking so late. The reason why this hotel didn't get a full 5 stars from me is because there was a smell in the room that wasn't pleasant. Thankfully we were sightseeing most of the day, but every time we can into the room, we could smell it. The first time I stayed by myself I never had this issue, so maybe it was just this one instance. Okay, so apart from the smell, the facility is nice and clean. They offer meals (for an additional cost). Their breakfast buffet is really good! I never left hungry:) I can't forget to mention this: In the room, they had a massage chair! Trust me, after a long day of walking around Tokyo, getting to sit comfortably in your hotel room and get a massage is such a treat! So overall, we had a good experience staying here. Price point is worth it for the convenience, breakfast buffet, and massage chair :) I would stay here again!

Hotel staff were responsive and polite. They were accommodating to English speakers. Rooms may be a tad on the small side for Japanese standards but they are cosy and more than adequate.

Nice hotel in a very convenient position, right on top of Kyobashi subway station. Comfortable bed, not as hard as some we've slept on in Japan! I made good use of the massage chair too. The staff were extremely helpful with getting some items, left at our previous hotel, sent to us overnight. Breakfast a good standard. Shops very close by, super convenient for food and so on. I would stay here again.

Excellent location, super convenient access to metro and JR train. Only a few minutes walking distance from prime shopping (Ginza). 20 min walk from imperial palace. Short metro or train ride from most central Tokyo districts. Rooms are small but comfortable.
