“I used this hotel for a business trip. I was there for two days in total. The first shock was when I drove up to the hotel. It was a roughly 500m long, unkempt gravel road. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by a really run-down hotel complex. The rooms were unacceptable. Wallpaper was torn off. The bathroom was very unkempt. The shower didn't work. There was also no toilet paper. I had to get a roll from reception. The gentlemen at reception asked me to bring me another roll. I refused……

“Our stay at the Hyatt Centric Cairo West was great. The hotel was very clean — every time you reached your floor, you were greeted with a delicious, fresh scent, and the rooms were spotless. The staff were quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was very nice, though we only got to use it one day. Service by the pool was a bit lacking — the wait staff serving drinks were hard to flag down, though that may have been because there was only one person covering the whole area. The Muse……
