"This was such an amazing last minute stay! Had no idea you get access to 3 different hotels when you stay with Natura and they gave us free zoo tickets! Everything was so clean and well maintained. They only had a huge room left but it was so freaking nice for the deal we got. Nothing but good to say..Just wish it were nicer out to enjoy all their outdoor activities as well. This place is definitely the best bang for your buck. All the staff were so nice as well."

"This was a really nice and clean hotel Everyone was so friendly from the desk to the workers and the ladies serving breakfast were a delight. They were awesome and did a good job with breakfast I definately would stay there again!"

"When we very first arrived, there was a smooth check-in and we stayed in hotel Rome, which is connected to the waterpark. We proceeded to the hotel and could not find any bell carts one of the workers that was working. The arcade area gave us a phone number to call we then proceeded to call the hotel. They said they were gonna let the Publix people know to bring bill carts down. We then waited a half an hour. We could not lug all of our stuff in with three small children, and my fiancé proceeded to walk the floors to find a luggage cart. He made it to the second floor, found one of the luggage cart in saw three staff members standing right by the luggage cart, leaning up against the wall, laughing and talking, so there was no kind of priority for the guest. It seems like that’s why I gave it the rating that I did."
