Agoura Hills Castle Hotels

From the moment we arrived bedraggled & exhausted after being mandatory evacuated from the beastly Thomas fire, we felt like the Four Seasons understood our plight & did everything in their power to relax us and provide a comfortable oasis. Although stressed our home wouldn’t make it, we were looked after like royalty. The hotel lobby was beautifully festive, the rose gardens delightful and the room comfortable. Staff were super sweet to our bearded collie, and many other evacuated...

Everything was comfortable. The elevator floors were very dirty and the tile floors in the bathroom were very sticky.. we encountered a dog during the breakfast hours eating with their person off the table top two mornings.

The pool is heated and lots of ample parking! Love the stay so far. We had an issue with our tv and they fixed it right away.

Excellent facilities and pleasant staff. This hotel provides a very “exclusive” feeling. Will be staying here again. Highly recommended.

We love staying here. The pool is heated and there is plenty of shade. Used the bar for the first time a drinks were perfect. Eric at the front desk exseplefies what being a host is all about. He has great customer service skills.

We really enjoyed our stay! Safe neighborhood only a 10min Uber to universal studios. Very safe neighborhood. Clean property and accommodating. The only thing I notice was the wallpaper is starting to peel, but it’s also obvious they are actively working on updating the property. Breakfast is pastries only, but if you want more there are dozens of options within 2 blocks. Very much would stay there again.

We loved the location, the pool, the relaxing vibe, the breakfast. Fabulous place to stay!

safe and clean. staff was very professional and supportive. great experience staying in the UCLA campus

The hotel was amazing super clean very quiet I would defiantly will book clean the staff on front desk register she was amazing

Great location, friendly staff, close to Warner Bros and Olive's is a great close restaurant. Pool was nice. Cool that they had several movies/shows filmed here as displayed on their Wall of Fame. Would stay again.

Two times staying here all my stays have been good only thing that they changed was early check in now has a fee other than that everything was perfect

The front accommodated me for my special request. I am very grateful.

The staff was great and the shuttle service excellent! You do need to schedule it in advance but we had to make several changes on pick up times and they were able to accommodate us for all of them. The one thing I did not like is that the pool and fitness room is located across the street at one of their other properties.

Very clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Excellent service from Kylie and Dominic who helped me with xeroxing business documents and even delivered the documents to the room very willingly and with a smile! Big thanks to John, Kylie, Dominic,Daniel,Baylie and Nancy the housekeeping staff, and Glenn for always being there when we needed a lot of luggage to be transported, for being courteous, friendly and helped make my stay comfortable. BigThank You to Josh and chief engineer Mr. G who helped us a...

We needed to make n change reservations. The front desk person was wonderful to say the least. We shall stay here again when in the neighborhood.

As a frequent business traveler, I'm always looking for a hotel that isn't a sterile reminder that I'm sacrificing quality of life to be on the road. The Olivia Hotel is one of the few hotels that doesn't constantly remind me that I'm traveling for work. At the heart of the hotel is an intimate cafe with a simple yet well-executed complimentary breakfast. You can pick and choose the items you want, from overnight oats to quiche and even avocado toast. The coffee program feels fit for even...

Front desk staff -Gerry is friendly and accommodating, house keeping is also fast by giving extra bedding. A lady from the office offers my kids with crayons and drawing stuff during our check in. The place is very homey with friendly staff. My family feels secured during our stay and my kids loves the heated pool!
