“The nearby beaches! We didn’t swim, but got excellent photos and videos with sunset and sunrise. It’s almost 2-hour drive from the SJ airport, we picked it for the expected quiet and beautiful environment, and we got that. The unit is very spacious, nice and clean, partial ocean view from the balcony. ”

We stayed in the unit on the ground floor that was the 1000 sq ft unit, the beach is a truly just a 60-second walk away from the beach down a private walkway. The house is on a long stretch of beach in rincon where you can walk down the beach and come out right in the center of town where all of the restaurants and shops are located. “Tamara and staff answered all questions and provided items when needed graciously and timely. The location was great for all of our explorations. The accommodations were spacious and comfy. We went to many beaches, but none were as perfect as the one right off our balcony. We will be back!”

“Overall our stay was fine. We had a nice time with no major complaints, but a bunch of little things that prevented me from rating it a 5. For context, there were 9 of us (2 families, kids 10-16).Pros: beds and pillows are super comfortable; bedrooms have enough space for suitcases, and have either a closet with shelves or a dresser; lots of towels, pots/pans/cooking utensils; nice quiet neighborhood with playground/park in walking distance; washer and dryer worked great and there was detergent;……

“Space was perfect for our family of 12.. we celebrated the news with spectacular fireworks all around town and three kings festival in town. Jobos beach was great, but our favorite was crash boat beach. The pool was fun for the kids, I appreciated that each room had air conditioning and a tv. ”
