"I’ve been to a couple of the hotels in the area, but normally stay with a friend. I’m so glad this year that we stayed at Rincon of the Seas because it was awesome! I loved our room, I loved our view, the pool was excellent, clean, the staff was so nice and so helpful with anything that came up from grabbing an extra towel to helping with our next reservation! I returned three weeks later with a family member who booked for next winter also. I honestly thought the place was just great and would recommend it highly!"

"Facilities are in very poor condition. No easy internet. Table light does not work. No TV with local channels. Jacuzzi does not work and out of order. No enough towels in bathroom. Staff very amable, courteous and wanted to help. "

"Very nice location with plenty parking. Lots of stairs. The loan you beach towels and chairs so you can enjoy the beach without bringing a lot of luggage."

"Everything was great except there was no hot water. Taking cold showers for 2 days was no fun. They said it was because they were at full capacity which seemed like a pretty poor excuse."
