“So the room is nice has a big TV and a big bed but everything was so dirty, the owner didn't even know about our stay because I had to call him when we arrived and tell him that I booked on Expedia after that he let us know how to get in. I immediately noticed the floor was so dirty that our feet got black and I had to swipe the floor I asked the owner if he knew about our arrival because everything was so dirty he texted me that everything was clean and disinfected which I replied no sir and……

“The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and the air conditioning kept the room nice and cool. The patio was perfect for relaxing and having my morning coffee. ”

“Great location on quiet street by quiet residential beach. Comfortable and modern place with space for whole family. Kitchen was really nasty and dirty. We had to wash everything even the drawers and holders, covered in food and debris so we could cook for our family after travelling all day. Hosts were good communicators and apologized but these things should be checked and kept to a decent standard so it was dissapointing. Pool was wonderful and landscaping around property lovely. “We enjoyed the view out to the ocean and sound of the waves (across the fenced, empty lot across the street), the beds were comfortable and the property was clean. You access the beach by walking down the road a block to the entrance. The beach is not great for swimming, as the property is near a river mouth and the water becomes brown when it rains and there is more detritus on this beach than others we visited. It is however, a surf break so that is right nearby if that is your thing. Many……
