“Room in good condition, very noisy heating unit and incredibly loud light in the bathroom. Coffee maker didn't work and while the advertised cinnamon rolls were good, there was no place within a 36 mile radius to eat breakfast!! The barking dog outside the window was annoying but not much management could do about it.”

“Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. ”
