“We recently spent 5 nights at this lovely cottage and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect—just minutes away from shops, restaurants, and local attractions, making it very convenient for our family. The cottage itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.A special thank you to the host for coming to our rescue so the kids could enjoy the bonfire—your kindness truly made our stay extra memorable. “The cottage fit in very well with the Mt. Gretna aesthetic. Loved the outdoor areas. Back patio felt secluded and enjoyed the gas grill.Picnic table in front porch was perfect alternative when it rained. AC did great job of cooling house. Kitchen was well equipped for our party of 6. Hosts were very responsive and the welcome gift was a nice touch. We would definitely stay at the Butterfly Cottage again. Parking for 2 vehicles is provided. Note that the driveway is tight. “My mother and I always do a mother-daughter trip to the Amish Country every summer. And we tried VRBO for the first time and came across this place. We fell in love instantly. It feels like home, great little coffee bar, supplies ice and a pitcher of water. The place was immaculate. The hot tub was great, especially at night. Great little hiking trails that I wasn’t aware of and didn’t bring proper shoes for it. So make sure you have sneakers for the little trails. The neighbors we never saw……

“What a serene and lovely tiny house. We especially enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the birds. It was convenient to local sights and shops, but removed from the hustle and bustle. Thank you, Kings, for a delightful stay. P..S. The homemade bread and strawberry jam were a delight!”
