“When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. As a result, the expression on the front desk was very unhappy. At the beginning, it said that our rooms were full. After thinking about it, She still changed the room, but I changed to a room with a poor environment and close to the ice machine. So I want to give this hotel a bad review”
“The front desk clerk, Aiden was amazing! He deserves a raise. We had dinner every evening in the bar and grill. Lindsay in the bar/grille was very good. Jamey/Caroline, the Chefs, prepared our food excellently and we found pricing to be very reasonable. The Staff members I mentioned were very personable, kind and a complete pleasure to speak with!”
“The hotel is very new looking, had a bar and restaurant in the lobby. No breakfast available so we door dashed food. Checkout is noon so that was nice. We had a huge room and figured out
it was an ADA room and the Bednar lower than usual. Ehe. I sat on the bed, it felt like a box crushing it wasn't too bad though. The pillows sucked!
