“The only process to improve is check-in, which you only get the email instructions mins around check in time, imagine those without WiFi. I didn’t get the email even I had the service, but the message communication was effective to have the maid open the front door and give us the code. My suggestion is to get the main door code earlier if the room is not ready so it doesn’t delay the process and lessens the worries from travellers.”

“Very warm and helpful staff. Breakfast is simple but just fit. It is a bit difficult to drive there but the hotel provided detailed route.”

“Loved the location. Property was clean and well priced.”

“The location is very great. The receptionist, Ana, did a lot help to us,and told us a short guidance here. We miss everything, and want to stay again.”

“Es ist ein kleines Paradies in Albaicin.”

“Wear sensible shoes.Location is very central so not difficult to find. Found a great spot for drinks at Placeta Álamo del Marqués. ”
