We went there for the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta. From the moment we walked in that door, we were treated very kindly and professionally. The hotel was decked out with hot air balloon decor. And we could actually see from our third floor window, the evening balloon glow and fireworks. In the morning we just walked across the parking lot and stood up against this elevated part of the property near a fence and we could see hundreds of balloons take off. Breakfast was served from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. every morning to accommodate early risers and those who got back from My wife and I decided that this would be the only place that we will ever look at staying when we return to Albuquerque again. It was convenient to the balloon port and it was just around the corner from I-25 and it was only a 45 minute ride for us to go and visit Santa Fe during the trip. t Each day the breakfast included hot homemade posole in a crock pot and the horchata that they had was next level! It was really a good breakfast buffet. Next door was Tin Can Alley which is like a food court that had assorted Cuisines to eat choose from. It was really a good experience!!!
