This motel was a hidden gem!! We stayed in a suite… wonderful roomy accommodation. The pool wasn’t opened the first day we were there so the manager sent us to a sister hotel to swim. The problem was quickly fixed… so the 3 little boys had a wonderful time playing in the pool! Nice places to sit outside. Lots of flowers and hummingbirds. We even saw a roadrunner on the hotel grounds… what an exciting treat! The motel is in proximity to old town…also a plus. Very helpful staff, especially the manager on duty!! Thank you for an enjoyable stay! Really a relaxing place to stay!

The entire experience was amazing. The only issue we had was that the pool was temporarily closed when we got there, but they have a sister property so they gave us free day passes to swim over there. Staff and management were amazing.

The property was cute and 1930’s vintage in the old part of Albuquerque. The room was modern and functional. We loved the ceramic mugs and wine glasses in the room (this was the only motel/hotel) on our trip that offered non plastic stemware. The pool was shaped like a horseshoe with a peninsula garden. Overall it was very cute and affordable. I would recommend it to a friend!

I read some mixed reviews about the hotel however our experience was really good. We had a really nice stay. The hotel was clean and tidy, they had good facilities on site, the room was modern and clean and the beds were really comfortable. There was some entertainment in the evening with a band and there was a bar on site with some decent IPAs. Unfortunately the pool was a bit dirty, however we found for most of the holiday in the USA that pools arent generally open or properly used until after the May bank holiday. We didnt have much time for the pool anyway and had an unwell child so it wasnt an issue for us. The area around the hotel had a lot of traffic and there was a drunk guy who had come into the hotel, however the staff were trying to get him to leave and not bother people. The location was convenient though and parking was easy.

We loved our 2 night stay at the El Vada. The bed and room were comfortable, all rooms are one level, very accessible patio with swimming pool, lots of outdoor seating, with restaurants and shopping just a few steps away. The BioPark is just across the street and Old Town an easy walk.
