"Great location if you are flying out of Heathrow. The hotel runs a charged shuttle at very varied hours for ease. The check in was smooth. There was a mix up with the room that was rectified very quickly and with sincere apology from a lovely Canadian member of staff. It's a reasonably priced hotel in view of the location and room amenities. I would happily stay there again."

"A clean modern hotel with restaurants open until 11:30PM attached by tunnel walkway to terminal 4--about 5 minute walk away. If you have a flight from another terminal you will need to take a shuttle train from terminal 4. The walk / elevator / train combination can take as much as 45 minutes--but this Hilton is almost half the price of the Hilton in terminal 2 and similarly comfortable and elegant."

"Our room was just wonderful very comfortable very clean very quiet. The only issue we had was the coffee. Please have a nice coffee. We enjoyed the fruit and a muffin very much but a better coffee machine would’ve made everything a little bit nicer."

"We were only there for 8 hours before leaving for Heathrow but the room was clean, ac was working, bed was really comfortable and staff offered breakfast boxes as we were leaving before the breakfast service (didn’t have them but nice that they offered). Location was very easy across the street to the tube station and a couple of stops to the terminal."

"The hotel in connected to Terminal 4 at Heathrow BUT it is a long covered walk (after a train ride and elevator ride from other terminals). The staff was great! I had an early flight and they told me the train doesn't start that early so they WALKED me to the bus stop and let me know it was safe to wait there. The hotel is about an hour from the tourist attractions and the trains run frequently but try and avoid rush hour. The room was very good-clean and large enough for at least 2. I would stay there again."
