“Check in was a bit frustrating, we only stayed for one night and the desk lady had us use a tablet to fill out a form which took a while. “2 towers - stayed in South tower. Not told owned and rented 7 plus days but paid for 2 nights . South tower 505 condo. Old looking. Missing panels for blinds. Smell upon arrival like many pets there previously without cleaning. Bedroom rug filthy. Addressed with resort staff 1st night and also multiple times with I guess owner whom also entered when we were downstairs by pool said she sprinkled rug powder on bedroom rug.
