"Only down fall was that the elevator was not fully operational. We were placed on the second floor and the elevator could not be called to the ground floor on the ground floor. The lady said we could go up and send it down, but thankfully we didn't have too much to carry and got the extra steps in!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only issues we had were that the toilet ran continuously and one of our neighbors was smoking in their bathroom which caused the smell to flow into our bathroom and into our room. The toilet issue I was able to handle by opening the tank lid and lifting up the lever to force the toilet to stop trying to fill more."
