"We recently stayed here for 2 nights after many hours of traveling. Although the hotel was very firm about the 5 PM check-in time, the front desk staff assisted us and were able to get us checked in around 2 PM, which we were extremely thankful for after a long trip. The hotel is very clean, neat, and modern. The layout is shaped like a “U,” and having 3 elevators was very convenient. One thing to note is that entry access is limited to one main entrance. We booked about a month in advance and requested a city-facing room, but that request was overlooked. However, we were upgraded to the 5th floor with a pool view, which we still appreciated. The view mostly overlooked the rooftop of a lower building along with part of the pool area. We had read reviews mentioning train noise, but we personally did not hear trains at all, possibly because of our room placement. The hotel also provided earplugs, which was thoughtful. Parking is in a separate garage a short walk away, and our car remained safe during our stay. There is a lot of foot traffic in the area, so just be mindful of pedestrians nearby. I cannot comment on breakfast since we did not eat there, but there is a small shop near the front desk for snacks and essentials. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and appreciated the helpful staff and clean accommodations."

"Terrible experience. They charged $250 in hidden, extra charges above the room rate. The water in the shower was not hot even though the sink water was hot, so obviously the shower fixture is broken and has not been properly maintained. "

The bright colors made the room feel way more open than other places. THE BATHROOM WAS SO CUTE. I was very sad that we only got to spend one night here :( "
