"This is a huge property themed around 1950s . Diner style. To be honest, it actually feels as old as the 50s too and not in the best way. It feels a little dank and our lobby of the building we were staying in smelled like kitty litter. The shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathrooms is VO5 which is one of the cheapest and worst shampoos and conditioners for your hair humanly possible. The lazy river was cool, complete with a sandy beach. The food was heavy but delicious. They charge you for tubes to go in the lazy river so I’d bring your own. $17 / tube is kinda crazy, however they let you take a new one home when you’re done. Starbucks on site was amazing though. Overall, I’d probably stay at a different hotel given the chance. It felt old and run down, motel vibes, even though it probably is more maintained then it seemed."
