“We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room particularly we killed a roach on the TV counter and a spider was in the bed when pulling back the sheets. It may have been because the room did have a terrace (door to the balcony). I notified the staff when checking out and they were receptive of the notification and said they would get the room sprayed. The front desk personnel were friendly and courteous even with late check-in.”

“This was our third time staying here as we pass through Amarillo. We love this place and have made it our go-to stop. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

“With exception to room construction everything else was perfect - clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, & excellent coffee.
You would think with the technology that exists in the world, hotels would build better sound barriers between floors. We could hear every single step the room above us was taking. They weren't stomping, these were normal steps and they were loud enough to keep me up at night. This is a shame as everything else was perfect.”
