8/10 Very Good! (2,664 reviews)
The lobby and common areas were clean and inviting, but our room was a different story. Our bedding had stains on it, and the room was very humid. The AC was loud enough that it kept me awake most of the night. Something else I wasn’t a fan of but that didn’t seem unique to our room was the fact that the privacy curtains covering the door and windows facing the common areas were very thin. I’m pregnant and I stayed in the room alone with my toddler, and while thankfully nothing happened overnight, I didn’t feel very safe in the room.
On a more positive note, the staff were very friendly. This really stood out because of how rare it is nowadays to visit a place that has staff that even acknowledge small children and babies, let alone smile at and talk to them. The shuttle to the airport was very convenient, and the driver was very helpful with loading and unloading our luggage. My daughter had a lot of fun feeding the fish in the atrium, and the cappuccino that was available at breakfast was really good.
I wouldn’t stay here again unless I planned to splurge on a premium room, but if I planned to spend a fortune on accommodations, I’d skip the inn and stay at a fancy hotel instead.
