"Considering I was only staying there to catch up on some much needed sleep, I will say that I was pleasantly surprised! Norman had just gone through a bad storm that caused a lot of power outages and wind damage. The parking lot, although not perfect, was very surprisingly cleared and drivable. Everything was really clean there. I don't like mentioning negatives about places but the 2nd floor where I was staying stunk like pot and the hallway was also hot. Not uncommon for hotel chains to have a hot hallway but the pot was a bit of a surprise. Other than those two negatives my stay was very good. My room was very clean and smelled nice. It was already cooled down to 69 degrees by the time I arrived which was very nice. The hot water was instant!! I don't know how they achieve that but it really was! The layout of my room was also very nice, almost like staying in a small condo somewhere. So yeah, I really enjoyed my stay there as I got some of the best sleep I've had in years. Thank you all for making my stay a good one. Have a blessed day."

"Staff was extremely helpful! I did checkout Saturday night because we had no power from the storm but the gentleman at the front desk was so great said I wouldn't be charged for Saturday stay due to power outage. I think that was so great they would do that I was booked until Sunday! I would recommend this hotel to everyone! I will stay there anytime im in Norman OK."

"The room was hot when I arrived. The air had not been turned on at all. It took over two hours for the room to cool down. I don't understand they have a reservation and they know what room they are going to put you in why they can't turn on the air conditioner or heater prior to arrival. This doesn't make it very welcoming when the room is scorching or freezing depending on the weather."

"Only real complaint is the coffee pods in the room were terrible. No more than really weak colored water. Room was very clean with no chemical smell. Breakfast was good, very good waffle bar offering 2 batters with chocolate chips, strawberry and pecans. We will be using this hotel again."

"It was quiet. There was no soap in our room. We asked for it the next day. When they cleaned our room, they did not leave anymore makeup wipes. The room was clean. Someone tracked clay through the parking lot, and it was all over the hotel floors and elevators. It was somewhat cleaned up after a couple of days. They didn't spray off the mud that was tracked outside, so it kept getting tracked in. Someone had a BMW parked outside the entrance all day, and it was kind of in everyone's way. I don't think that it was a customer's either. So, it was a bit inconsiderate. There was something that looked kind of like batter all over the arm of one of the chairs in the lobby. The older lady who does breakfast during the week does a good job. It's a typical free hotel breakfast. I wish that they had some more chairs and tables in the shade outside. There were people out there eating breakfast, but we didn't get a chance. The staff were nice and responsive when they were asked for things. All in all, for the price, it is a good hotel, and we would stay there again."
