“staff were helpful”

“An adequate and clean 2 star hotel. The hotel is nicely located about 10 minutes from Belleville, an hour from Sandbanks provincial park, and about 45 minutes to wine country. Rooms are a bit dated but were well cleaned. The hotel is also really nicely located with several fast food and restaurant options right there for a quick bite. Staff were friendly. The free breakfast was adequate with eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, yogurt, coffee and waffles.”

“A good experience. I wish they didn't have carpets in the rooms, as it doesn't have a fresh smell. Also, the sliding bathroom door is an issue. First, it didn't close all the way. Second, it's a hazard when you open it if a person is using the closet. Breakfast was good and it was very well maintained.”

“Parking was great. The air conditioning is great. Nice big soaker tub but not sure if the drain would work to keep the water in. The room was ok not as clean as it could be. The bathroom ceiling fan needs a cleaning for sure. The guy running the place offered to help us bring stuff up to our room but then he didn't. We couldn't get a room on the first floor. He's saving those for people who have mobile issues or pets. The ice machine is all the way in the basement and there are no……

“Lovely boutique hotel in a very quiet and beautiful setting. The rooms are spotless, the beds super comfortable and everything you need is available either in the room or just outside the door. Check in is very easy from the email code sent to the keypad at the door. The outside amenities, tables , chairs, hot tub, corn hole game and BBQ are perfect! Great place to stay if you are doing a Prince Edward wine tour!”

“The room was comfortable and had a lovely outdoor patio area where we had our dinner. The pleasant surprise was the firepit which we took advantage of to end the evening with a glass of wine. They even provided us with cozy blankets. Enjoyed breakfast before leaving but will certainly be back. Lovely stay.”
