I was honestly pleasantly surprised at Castle inn and Suites. I know it's been around for years so when I experienced how well maintained and clean it was I was thrilled. We booked the family suite which it two bedrooms, two sinks and a shared bathroom it was perfect for our trip and this location was a pleasant walking distance to Disneyland. This is an older property with limited amenities but this location, quality and safety can't be beat. I loved that there is insight overnight security and I felt comfortable walking alone or as a group due to lighting and distance. If you're looking for an adorable quality option for your vacation I recommend 10/10

I didn't like that housekeeping wasn't an everyday thing. You have to request it. The room we stayed in didn't have an iron or ironing board. You had to request it. If towels or toilet paper was needed you had to request it or pick up in main office.

Ugh. Rooms are outdated but easy to access for in and out but these were the only redeeming qualities. The front desk staff acted as if they would rather be any other place than where they work. There was one really nice guy and I think he was a manager, midweek during the day; he'll probably end up at one of the better hotels in the area. Given the so many other options in the area, skip this one and look a little further.

We enjoyed our stay at Castle Inn. It was the first time we stayed here and were pleasantly surprised. The parking lot was easy to get in and out of, the only complaint is that we had 3 vehicles and had to park one of them at another location. The location was close by so it ended up okay, but just annoying and another expense. The room and property were clean and kept up. The office staff was okay, cordial. It was nice that we were able to have scooters dropped off at the property to use for our day at Disneyland. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect two block walk to Disneyland, clean room but its definitely an older hotel so dont expect top tier amenities. The staff was very friendly and helpful which makes a world of difference. Would stay here again. =)

I will not stay at this hotel again. The water pressure was so bad that we were unable to wash our hair the entire trip. The bed was an old spring mattress with a big bump in the middle. All of the vending machines were broken and the store in the hotel is no longer there. You have to walk blocks to even get a water. To make matters worse, there are big signs requiring people to wear masks. All staff were wearing those N95 masks and they wanted visitors to wear them too. The mandate was lifted long ago in CA so this is a way outdated policy. Never again!

The only downfall was I don't feel comfortable after I found strains of hair when I move the pillow right when I got in the room and my hair is not blonde. The bed didn't feel clean afterall those good reviews. No comforter as it look on the pictures. I did mentioned it to them but the services were really friendly so I didn't make a big deal. Just please improve next time.
