Breakfast was great! It was loud outside we can hear the traffic very load which wasn't good. Also, the tv wasn't working. Positive was when we reported it it was fixed by the time we got back from Disneyland

The property is very clean and the rooms are good sized. Our shower hard almost no water pressure, and there was a lot of noise from surrounding rooms….could hear people talking through the venting system and also moving around above us. Overall our experience was good though because the rooms are spacious and clean.

We stayed for a night and had an amazing experience. The staff is super nice and made every interaction enjoyable. They went out of the way to share information and help us plan the day. We will definitely stay again.

We love staying here for our Disney trips. They offer breakfast, it’s a 20-30 minute walk to Disney. The beds are very comfortable and our room was the perfect size for our large family. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom light started flashing, we told reception and it was not fixed. Also, our room was not cleaned, until we requested it.

The breakfast was decent and a great start to to the day. They even gave out balloons to kids in the morning which my babies loved. HOWEVER, I'm not sure what kind of training some staff have as some were unprofessional. My family decided we wanted to stay another night and when I called stating I wanted to stay another night the lady at front desk that answered the call did not help me book it. She told me I had to hang up and book online then they can combine the reservations. Which I thought was weird because I thought the front desk usually helps book rooms. Then that same night we spoke to Angelo at the front desk about the changes and confirmed with us that "everything was good to go". Imagine our surprise after a long day at the park when our key for the side entrance did not work!Turns out Angelo did not do what he was suppose to. He did not check us in for our next reservations because the staff member at front now told us that we would need a new key. This is not something we wanted to deal with after a long day. We just wanted to relax in our room but instead we have to check in and explain everything to the front desk. We were then asked for our card again for incidentals which was not done the night before. The man last night was unprofessional and just wasted our time pretending like he was doing his job when in reality did nothing of the sort. I don't think I would recommend this place and I'll be looking to book a different hotel next time.
